FAQ
Need help?
Shipping, grinding, custom orders… here you'll find everything you need to know to enjoy your experience with us, from your cart to your cup.
General
Our beans come from several producing countries: Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ethiopia, Panama, etc. We carefully select each coffee, taking into account quality, growing conditions, and the human impact behind every cup.
Whole Bean → Perfect for those who enjoy grinding their coffee fresh.
Ground → Ready to use, depending on your preferred brewing method.
Drüp Single-Serve → Ground coffee in a biodegradable sachet, perfect for travel, the office, camping, or vacation. All you need is boiling water: steep for a few minutes, and voilà, it's ready. Simple, flavorful, and always within reach.
Avoid light, air, heat, and humidity.
Ideally, store coffee in its original bag, at room temperature, and reseal the bag tightly around your beans or grounds. And above all, do not put it in the fridge.
Ultimately, the best place to store it is next to your coffee machine.
The grind always depends on the brewing method. We offer three grind types to suit yours:
Espresso → for manual or automatic espresso machines.
Filter → for drip coffee makers, V60s, Chemex, or even some electric percolators.
French Press → for French press coffee makers.
