Couleur Café is first and foremost my drive as an entrepreneurial woman, a mother, and a passionate individual. But Couleur Café is above all a family story. Over time, this adventure has become much more than a business: a place for sharing, camaraderie, and creation.
Today, we continue to move forward together as a close-knit team, where blood family and chosen family meet, united by common values and the desire to build something authentic: a coffee shop on a human scale!

Nestled in the heart of the Laurentians, Couleur Café was born from a simple yet profound desire: to create genuine moments around exceptional coffee. From the outset, our approach has been rooted in respect for the product, the artisans who cultivate it, and the people who savor it. For us, roasting coffee has never been just a profession, but a patient art, guided by the pursuit of balance, character, and authenticity. Year after year, cup after cup, our passion has evolved into our signature. A signature shaped by expertise, consistency, and the human connection that naturally forms around a good coffee. Today, after two decades of history, we look back with gratitude… and forward with the same flame that ignited us on day one.

The path was forged in the field, through trials, errors, and discoveries. Behind each bean, a savoir-faire, a story, and passionate hands were revealed. We understood that our mission extended far beyond coffee: to create an authentic link between those who cultivate it and those who enjoy it.

Today, Couleur Café is embarking on a new chapter. Our identity is evolving to better reflect who we have become: a streamlined website, a refined brand, a new look for our bags, and colors rooted in our history. A natural evolution that affirms our journey and our vision for the future, without ever losing sight of what has guided us from the beginning: coffee on a human scale.
This momentum is also expressed through Drüp, our latest innovation. A new way of thinking about single-serve coffee that is more responsible, more conscious, and true to our values. Because innovating, above all, means moving forward with purpose, to grow without losing our soul.
